The British War Medal and Mercantile Marine War Medal pair issued to Frank Richmond Fordham in Dunedin in 1922.

Frank Fordham was born on 10th April 1883 at Prahan, Victoria, Australia. Son of John James and Laura Esther Fordham (née
Jones). He married Jane Graham in 1912. Frank Fordham served as Chief Cook on a number of vessels during the First World
War, including the Tahiti in 1918. Frank died on 8th April 1940 at Port Chalmers, New Zealand.

Both medals are correctly impressed F. R. FORDHAM, the medals being issued on 30th August 1922 in Dunedin. Complete with scarce WM2 Authority to Wear certificate.
