Harry Adams was born in 1913 at Shotley, Suffolk, England. Son of Harry Arthur and Addie Melinda Emma Adams (née Cawley). Prior to the Second World War he was working as a forestry worker in Kaingaroa State Forest and residing in Rotorua. He embarked with the Second Echelon, serving in the UK prior to re-deploying to Egypt. Adams's service file has not been obtained, so full details of his service are un researched.
The memorial cross is correctly impressed 21702 PTE. H.A. ADAMS. and the medal group is unnamed as issued.
